A Supernova in the sky....im lucky enough to meet...

Of stereotypes, assumptions and perceptions. Perceptions is by far the most realistic amongst the three aspects but when it comes to conjure up a relationship with a special someone, obviously you cant run away from the three. Stereotypes helps to make up your assumptions of someone, which then creates fundamentals of your ''fake'' perceptions. Simply put, everything has its own progressive movement. For instance, it is normal to be acquainted initially, then friends, and finally if there are intersection points between their crossed hearts, it is amiable to pronounce them as ''soulmates''.

Yet, if you tend to seek the truth of someone whom you are so much bonded to, you have to accept the fact that the human race has underlying dark secrets, dark times or dark ages to put it in a historical manner. SO DARK THE CON OF A MAN, O LAME SAINT, O DRACONIAN DEVIL, excerpts from the Da Vinci Code, simply put, is tags that an individual cant run away of, but can hide it so well. There are always two sides to everything, the good and the bad. Only when you start to open up, and you had time on your side, your thoughts and words would not last forever more. Please do not be surprised when you learned your stereotypes and assumptions are entirely wrong after getting to know that individual better. You are not at fault certainly, you just tend to look at the bright side of him/her.

In my case for example, i always thought i have met someone so well groomed, so perfect in everything. Smart, beautiful, religious and much more. Everything about her(in my thoughts) is so lovely, that there is not a single negativity to even site upon(besides she's playing hard to get). Yet, the tables turned somehow. She wasnt the same person i am talking to right now, the attitude and personality wise. It wasnt really Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde for that matter, two extreme characters i should say, but i would point out that i could see a gradual change in her. Hats off to that!

Yes, she's a dreamer, caught in her dreams that she thought it will never die. But a trip to the Holy Land, steered her to a major turning point in her life. A revolution i should say for that matter, and she wakes up from her dreams on a dawn and kept asking why. Is this the real purpose of her life? Everyone took time to wake up from their dreams dont they?, and she's no exception.

Still, a girl likes to be crossed in love since it gives them something to think of, besides the fact she will be the envy of her friends and thus gives her a distinct status amongst her companions. It keeps her in the spotlight, and again she's no exception. Of the many knights that came with valour in a hope to woo her, many failed to capture her heart whole-heartedly. It used to be superficial good looks/features that seemed to be triumphant cards, and not inner beauty to win her righteous hand. Not all could afford to be a romantic, let alone to be a judge of it. It was the quantities of the knights that prevailed, and the hard fact of quantity is that it is never a substitute of quality. Only simplicity can override quality, and many failed to conform to this. Negligence blinds people and the cold and stoic truth is that eveything that has a beginning, has an end.

In her eyes, Men/knights are nothing but eyeshadows. As one could argue that eyeshawdows comes in an entire spectrum of styles and colours, not all are plainly lasting. Those eyeshadows who comes in cream or liquid form, is superficially elegant and attractive for the eyes of the beholder, but the sad truth is that it fades away in haste. Only the powder form, with its dull and simplified attributes, does give a lasting impression. It may not have the ability to boast elegance compared to its counterparts, but no one should deny the fact that it is very true to the eye, its roles and purposes. And if we bring back to the subject of men, isnt it plausible to say that men are eaten up either by their egos or stupidity? Point is, there are man who are like barbie dolls to girls, but they dont really offer much.

According to the casual practices of elegant females in modern feminist movement, she definitley fits the bill. Little by little, i have come to accept that fact. It wasnt hard or a burden at all on my part, but it's something very welcoming to see someone so well dressed up and yet so well versed in her conversation. I promised myself never to be averse to the truly humble, because you never know they could be your best companions.

Im lucky enough to meet a supernova in the sky, radiating so much prominence and popularity and one of manifold attractions. I felt intimidated at first, but as I move along, somehow the intimidation bridge gets smaller. Frankly, have i not met someone of superior grace, blessed with an elevated ranks of talents and laudable qualities. Im flattered myself being accepted into her world, where she gladly took me for tours into her past. It was a bitter sweet chronicles of her that Im bounded into, but you dont regret the past right? Your past shapes what you are now. This brings me to the qns. How many special people change?

P.S: I read an article about her last year, and now im writing an article about her. Hahaz...

Someday you will find me
Caught beneath the landslide
And its champagne supernova in the sky...
